MAKING ROOM RESERVATIONS

Reservations will be filled on a first-come basis and should be made a week in advance. Meetings will not be scheduled outside regular library hours. Any meeting that has not been confirmed by filling out the Bondurant Room application 24 hours in advance of the meeting date will not be scheduled.

To insure the widest possible use of the meeting rooms, the library encourages irregular meetings. However, permission for regularly scheduled meetings on a monthly basis will be granted when possible. Permission for regular monthly meetings must be renewed semi-annually. Permission expires January 1st and July 1st each year. Renewal may not be made prior to a month before expiration date.

Closing time for meetings is 15 minutes before the scheduled library closing hours. Groups failing to vacate the room at the scheduled library closing time will be assessed an additional $30.00. Fees will be waived for official city meetings scheduled in the room.
